About the Philadelphia 76ers

The Philadelphia 76ers have won three NBA championships (1955, 1967, 1983) and produced legends like Wilt Chamberlain, Julius Erving, Charles Barkley, Allen Iverson, and Joel Embiid. They play at Wells Fargo Center.

The Philadelphia 76ers trace their roots to the Syracuse Nationals, who won the 1955 NBA championship before relocating to Philadelphia in 1963. Three NBA titles followed — 1967 with Wilt Chamberlain, and 1983 with Julius Erving, Moses Malone, Charles Barkley, and Maurice Cheeks. The modern era produced two of the game's most compelling figures: Allen Iverson, who carried a scrappy Sixers team to the 2001 Finals on sheer will, and Joel Embiid, whose peak years made him an MVP and one of the game's dominant forces. The "Process" rebuild of the mid-2010s was the NBA's most discussed tanking strategy. Wells Fargo Center in South Philadelphia, shared with the NHL's Flyers, holds 20,000 fans in one of the league's most passionate markets. The rivalry with the Boston Celtics is a defining matchup in the East.

Are Philadelphia 76ers tickets cheaper last minute?
For non-marquee games, often yes — get-in prices on weeknight Philadelphia 76ers games commonly soften in the final 24–48 hours as sellers move remaining inventory. The opposite is true for rivalry games, playoffs, and weekend dates, which tend to rise as the game approaches, so buy those early.
Where are the cheapest seats at Xfinity Mobile Arena?
The best value at Xfinity Mobile Arena is typically the upper bowl. Strong overall view at the lowest entry price — the best value seats in the building. Upper-level center sections balance price and sightlines, while the closest premium seats sit at the top of the price scale.
