BMO Field Tickets

BMO Field is Canada's most important soccer stadium and the south-shore anchor of the Exhibition Place grounds at 170 Princes' Boulevard in Toronto. Purpose-built for the beautiful game and opened in 2007, it was the first soccer-specific stadium in the country and remains the home ground of Toronto FC of Major League Soccer. Since 2016 the venue has shared its turf with the Toronto Argonauts of the CFL under a co-tenancy arrangement that converted the south end of the building to accommodate a Canadian-football endzone, and on summer nights the same field hosts arena-scale concerts when an MLS week opens up. The address sits between the CNE midway and the Lake Ontario shoreline, a ten-minute streetcar ride from Union Station and a short walk from the Liberty Village pre-game scene. The base soccer configuration seats roughly 30,000 fans in a tight, single-deck bowl that puts the supporters' chants directly on top of the touchline and pushes the away bench into the noise from the first whistle. With Toronto confirmed as a host city for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, BMO Field is in the middle of a permanent expansion that will raise the capacity to roughly 45,000 for the tournament and the years after — a build-out that includes temporary north- and south-end seating, expanded concourses, an enlarged broadcast deck, upgraded media facilities and a refreshed dressing-room wing. Six FIFA World Cup matches are scheduled at the venue, including a Canada men's group game, putting BMO Field on the global soccer calendar in a way no Canadian stadium has been before. For Toronto FC, Toronto Argonauts and concert-goers, the lakefront sightline of the CN Tower over the north stand has become the signature shot of any broadcast from the building.
