Parking tips for Fort Wayne TinCaps
Parking for Fort Wayne TinCaps games is centered on Parkview Field and the surrounding Fort Wayne blocks. Official on-site or attached lots are the most convenient but sell out and surge in price on big dates, while nearby garages and street options can be cheaper if you arrive early. Pre-booking a spot ahead of time is the most reliable way to avoid game-day stress.
1. Pre-book parking online before game day — prices climb sharply at the gate for Fort Wayne TinCaps home games, especially rivalry and weekend dates.
2. Arrive at least 45–60 minutes early to clear traffic around Parkview Field and walk in without rushing.
3. Compare official lots against nearby garages a few blocks out; the short walk often saves a meaningful amount.
4. Use a designated rideshare pickup/drop-off zone to skip parking entirely on the busiest Fort Wayne TinCaps nights.
5. Check for public transit to Parkview Field — on weeknights it's frequently faster and cheaper than driving and parking.
