Parking tips for San Diego State Aztecs Men's Basketball
Parking for San Diego State Aztecs Men's Basketball games is centered on Viejas Arena and the surrounding San Diego blocks. Official on-site or attached lots are the most convenient but sell out and surge in price on big dates, while nearby garages and street options can be cheaper if you arrive early. Pre-booking a spot ahead of time is the most reliable way to avoid game-day stress.
1. Pre-book parking online before game day — prices climb sharply at the gate for San Diego State Aztecs Men's Basketball home games, especially rivalry and weekend dates.
2. Arrive at least 45–60 minutes early to clear traffic around Viejas Arena and walk in without rushing.
3. Compare official lots against nearby garages a few blocks out; the short walk often saves a meaningful amount.
4. Use a designated rideshare pickup/drop-off zone to skip parking entirely on the busiest San Diego State Aztecs Men's Basketball nights.
5. Check for public transit to Viejas Arena — on weeknights it's frequently faster and cheaper than driving and parking.
