Parking tips for Texas State Bobcats Football
Parking for Texas State Bobcats Football games is centered on Ucm Bobcat Stadium and the surrounding San Marcos blocks. Official on-site or attached lots are the most convenient but sell out and surge in price on big dates, while nearby garages and street options can be cheaper if you arrive early. Pre-booking a spot ahead of time is the most reliable way to avoid game-day stress.
1. Pre-book parking online before game day — prices climb sharply at the gate for Texas State Bobcats Football home games, especially rivalry and weekend dates.
2. Arrive at least 45–60 minutes early to clear traffic around Ucm Bobcat Stadium and walk in without rushing.
3. Compare official lots against nearby garages a few blocks out; the short walk often saves a meaningful amount.
4. Use a designated rideshare pickup/drop-off zone to skip parking entirely on the busiest Texas State Bobcats Football nights.
5. Check for public transit to Ucm Bobcat Stadium — on weeknights it's frequently faster and cheaper than driving and parking.
